Jeff singularly focused on addressing his physical & technical limitations which had caused declining golf performance. (Along with the help of several great golf professionals!)
Jeff committed to learning physical limitations that caused these technical flaws and saw significant improvements. Using newer ground-based training techniques over the last year, has has regained his speed at the age of 30. With regular swing speeds of over 110mph with a 7 iron(140+ mph max with a driver) and more consistent club face and club paths, he is now sharing this information he has learned with you so you do not have to go through the same struggles.
